Coors Light celebrates Hispanic leadership across the U.S. and Puerto Rico through the Coors Light Líderes of the Year program. Each year, five exceptional leaders are chosen for their dedication to their communities. Winners receive a $10,000 grant for their nonprofit organization and gain membership in our prestigious alumni network.

For 18 years, the program has emboldened trailblazers in the Latino Community who, through their innovative leadership initiatives, have a transformational impact on the communities they serve, achieve personal and professional success, and serve as role models for the next generation of Líderes.
